U.S. Terms of Use

Last modified: Draft — pending legal review

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO SEEK RELIEF IN A COURT OF LAW AND WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL ON YOUR CLAIMS.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they contain provisions that govern how you can bring claims and/or lawsuits between you and Aseo, including the Arbitration Agreement in Section 2 below. The Arbitration Agreement requires you to resolve all disputes with Aseo on an individual basis and, with limited exceptions, through final and binding arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood all of them.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aseo Technologies LLC and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, officers, and directors (collectively, “Aseo,” “we,” or “us”), governing your use of Aseo’s digital marketplace platform and any related content or services, including our mobile applications (the “Aseo App” for customers and the “Aseo Sweeper App” for independent cleaning contractors) and our website (collectively, the “Services”).

If you sign up to provide cleaning or related home-services (“Cleaning Services”) through the Aseo Sweeper App, you may also be asked to agree to a separate Independent Contractor Agreement and Platform Access Agreement governing that relationship. Where the terms of that agreement conflict with these Terms with respect to disputes arising from your provision of Cleaning Services, that agreement controls; otherwise, these Terms apply.
